For Products Sold by Newopia (Our Own Products):

 1.1 Refund and Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or return within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

1.2 Replacement for Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide necessary details, including photos of the damage and your order information.

For Products Sold by Third-Party Suppliers:

 2.1 No Refund or Return Policy: We do not offer refunds or accept returns for third-party products. However, if the product is damaged upon arrival, we will facilitate a replacement with the supplier as outlined in their terms.

2.2 Replacement for Damaged Products: Similar to our own products, you must report any damages within 48 hours to request a replacement.
